- New Condensation PumpA new self-contained condensation pump is supplied and installed on the new unit, so the water the dehumidifier pulls out of the air is moved up and out of the crawl space.
- Discharge Line to the Exterior — 1 runThe new condensation pump's discharge line is run to the exterior of the home, so the water discharges outside.
- Labor — includedAll of the work above is done by our crew, and the labor is included in the flat rate below.
Scope: remove the existing dehumidifier from the crawl space and haul it away; supply and install a new AprilAire E100 crawl space dehumidifier with a new condensation pump; and run the condensation pump's discharge line to the exterior of the home — one flat rate for the entire job, labor included.
Notes: no electrical work is needed — the GFCI circuit has already been run. The work is in the crawl space and nothing comes up through your floors. Jobsite will be left clean once completed. Contractor is not responsible for damage caused inside the home while working in the crawl space.
Warranty: 12 months workmanship on the work performed; 5 years on the dehumidifier.
Not included: any electrical work — the GFCI circuit, the outlet or the breaker, repair or replacement (the existing circuit stays as it is); any repair of the water damage or the floor from the old unit's leak; vapor barrier or encapsulation work; drainage, sump pump or exterior waterproofing beyond the discharge line listed above; structural repair (beam, piers, joists, subfloor); mold or fungus treatment; sealing the crawl space vents; crawl space doors; clean-out or debris removal beyond the removed unit; any work not listed in the scope above.
Payment: Total Project Cost $3,497.00 · Deposit to schedule $1,748.50 · Final payment $1,748.50.
